Booking & Cancellation
We offer flexible booking through Airbnb and Vrbo. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival to receive a full refund. Late check-outs are subject to a 15% fee.
Guest Rules
Guests must be 18 or older. We ask that you keep noise levels low after 10 PM. Pets are welcome but require a $100 cleaning fee. No smoking inside the property.
Cleaning & Maintenance
We provide a full cleaning fee of $150. This covers all linens, towels, and deep cleaning. We do not provide cleaning supplies. Guests are responsible for any damage to property.
Local Area & Safety
Our homes are located in the Alpena and Munising areas. We provide a local guide with safety tips and area information. We recommend guests carry travel insurance for any unforeseen events.
